I am deeply honored to stand before you today as the President of the Bangladesh Culinary Federation on this special occasion of International Chefs Day 2023. This day holds great significance in our hearts, as it gives us the opportunity to celebrate and pay tribute to the incredible artistry and dedication of chefs worldwide.
International Chefs Day encourages us to recognize the responsibility we bear not only in creating flavors that delight the palate but also in shaping the future of the food industry. In Bangladesh, we have seen an incredible surge in the interest and enthusiasm for culinary arts among our youth. They are eager to learn, experiment, and push the boundaries of our traditional cuisine.
